2516 SW Huntoon St sits on ¼ Acre of land.  In 1994 Ss. Peter and Paul Orthodox Church bought the building from the RDLS (Reformed Later Day Saints) who owned it and originally had the building constructed. 

We have made a number of improvements to the building over the years.  In 1998 two new front doors in the entryway and one new back door near the altar were installed.  Also in 1998 new gutters for the roof were installed.  In 1999 we upgraded the electrical service to a 200 amp service and installed a duct heater and a new hot water heater in the basement.  In 2000 new hardwood flooring in the altar and the Nave and tile in the Fellowship Hall were installed along with a baseboard heater in the Nursery.

In 2001 two new furnaces and coils were installed.  Then in 2003 new counter tops in the Kitchen and new vinyl flooring in the two basement bathrooms were installed.

In 2006 18 new uniframe solid vinyl solar grey tinted windows were installed on the first floor.

In 2009 the largest change to the building was made. An addition was added to the existing building. A Ram Trus-T-Lift platform lift was installed to allow handicap access to the basement.  Upstairs a handicap accessible bathroom was built and in the basement a storage room was added.  Also in 2009 new carpet was put in the Nursery.

In 2014 one new 4 ton R22 air conditioner was installed.  The age of the other air conditioner is unknown, as it was purchased with the building. 

In 2016 a new roof was installed and new carpeting was installed in the entryway, office and stairway.  With the installation of the carpet new crown molding and baseboards and top boards were added to the entryway.

In 2017 the ceiling and walls in the entryway and main stairwell were painted.

In 2020 the walls in the Nave were painted.

In 2021 the walls, baseboards and doors in the Nursery, the trim and hallway in the Fellowship Hall were painted.

Three new sump pumps were installed as follows: one in 2009 in the northeast corner of the building under the stairs near the Women's Restroom, another in 2009 behind the altar basement stairs and another in 2019 under the Nursery changing table.

The age of the stained glass window in the altar area is unknown as it was purchased with the building.
